🫣 We know paying online is a sensitive subject, and doing so on unknown websites can be dangerous. We've prepared this page to put your mind at ease.

Payment

Our website is 100% clean of any malware. But don't just take our word for it, check it yourself.

Payments are secure and operated by a trusted 3rd party payment processor. We do not directly process your payment.

You can pay using any major credit card, debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

If the payment fails, here are a few things you could try:

• open your banking app and check if you need to validate the transaction
• open your e-mail and check for any e-mail from your bank, asking to confirm the transaction
• try again, using a different card
• wait a few minutes, then give it another try

The transaction on your bank statement will use a common name (like GXT or GXT VDS.), so don't worry, you won't get in trouble if your spouse sees it 😅.

Returns or exchanges

Due to the nature of our goods (downloadable videos), we think it's totally understandable that no returns or exchanges can be issued.

However, if you encounter any issuses downloading the file, or the file doesn't correspond to the preview on the video page, we're here to help and assist you into getting the right file. But this almost never happens 😀. We're proud to say all of our customers are happy.
